Barrel aggregates

We supply barrel aggregates as whole, it means complete plating unit made up frame with hinges, plastic barrel is fixed to the frame through sideboards and is drived through gear wheel thanks to electromotor with gear box. We make also repairing of old barrels – we supply new barrels into exit frames. We supply barrels like one-barrel or two-barrel.

Manipulation with barrels in galvanic is only with manipulators – overhead or portal

Designation of max. dimension of barrel:

While designation of max. barrel dimension it goes from inside dimension of tank, in which will barrel run.

D_max = L_v - 120      
L_{b max} = L_š - 300

 

D_max - (mm) max. diameter of barrel front

L_{b max} - (mm)max. barrel lenght

L_v - (mm) inside lenght of tank

L_š - (mm)  inside width of tank

Real size of barrel is given dimension D, which is part of type marking of particular barrels. Dimension D must be 16px;er than calculated dimension D_max. Length of barrel L_B must be 16px;er or equal to calculated length L_{b max}.
